NEED & IMPACT

Despite the challenge of two major hurricanes in its inaugural year, our business development team in Guatemala was able to successfully launch and harvest this 23-acre plantain farm. With over 800,000 plantains sold to a local Walmart supplier, our team was able to generate over $50,000 in net profit that will be reinvested in our Guatemalan operations. In addition, we were able to generate much needed jobs for the local community in Aldea el Socorro.
