A FAMILY TRIP TO THE RIVER

The Monroy family enjoyed a day together outside the community and in the thick of nature at a local river. Evelin and Josue had their hands full, because in addition to their own children, Erwin, Jelbin, Juan David and Edras from the Patzan-Cotzojay family joined them! The river’s sandy banks became a beach-like playground when some of the kids buried Jelbin in sand from the neck down, and the whole family got wet when a splashing flight ensued. A fried-chicken picnic lunch provided sustenance and the day didn’t end without some excitement when Erwin and Jelbin found a mango tree growing mangos!
