Empower partners are just that — partners, connecting one-on-one with a young adult in the Horizon program. This unique sponsorship opportunity allows for one-on-one relationship and support as the young man or woman sets out on their own journey, whether it’s higher education, local business or another field. As an Empower Partner, you help propel Horizon into the future as the children we serve and support venture onto their own paths toward self-sustainability.

THE INHERITANCE PROGRAM
Children never age out of our system – we are with them every step of the way as they journey to become self-sustainable adults. The Inheritance Program supports young adults as they pursue a path towards empowerment. In general, most Inheritance Programs run 2-3 years and cost $2,500/year. Empower Partners walk alongside these young adults as they transition into one of three paths – supporting them with a deeper one-to-one relationship.
